Modern rugs
Abstracts, geometrics, relief textures and bold colour for contemporary homes.
Modern rugs bring shape and texture rather than ornament: think scattered triangles, linear mazes, painterly abstracts and carved relief weaves. They suit minimalist, Scandinavian and industrial rooms and can add a focal point to a plain space. Mix a modern rug with classic furniture for an eclectic look. Delivery is free on every order. London stock is dispatched within 1–2 business days; made-to-order designer washable rugs are delivered within 30 days.
Questions about Modern Rugs
What size modern rug do I need for a living room?
For most 2–3 seat sofas choose at least 155 × 230 or 160 × 230 cm, with the front legs on the rug. See our rug size guide for room-by-room advice.
What sizes are available?
Most designs come in several sizes, including runners and rounds for our designer washable rugs. See our rug size guide for room-by-room advice.
Can I return the rug if it does not suit my room?
Stock rugs can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused; UK returns are free for standard orders. Made-to-order rugs can be returned if faulty.
